1990:

Voice Over (in co-production with Serious Speakout) a series of small large scale voice events/workshops including a London wide festival featuring Meredith Monk, Les Mystere des Voix Bulgares, Georgian Voices and Diamanda Galas.

1991:

Tetes Brulees  music/sculpture installation for the first Canary Wharf Arts Programme.

Royal Festival Hall 40 th Birthday Party curation at The South Bank Centre, London.

1992:

First of two years dance programme - Bare Essentials Gender Mayhem for I.C.A. live Arts.

First of five renowned annual peer group led process laboratory – European Choreographic Forum at Dartington International Summer School, Devon.

1993:

Premiere of international co-production and award winning music/film event Vinyl Requiem created by Philip Jeck and Lol Sargent. A Time Festival, Gent, I.C.A., London and Sony Music Belgium co-production.

Formation of the Butterfly Effect Network – a model artist/producer network involving participants from Austria, Belgium, Britain, Portugal and Slovenia.

1994:

E.C. Kaleidoscope and Task Force funding gained for Butterfly Effect Network followed by network being chosen as a case study for E.C. DGV funded ADLE II project - Brouhaha International.

First of four Sound Works Exchange initiatives a British-German composers network involving workshops/showings – a Goethe Institut London and British Council co-operation.

Start of ‘New Technologies' working group for the Informal European Theatre Meeting annual meetings

1995:

First of bi annual Club Research events  taking live art into a London club and invention of the M.J. (Movement Jockey) concept.

First shinkansen web site

Invitation to create the Final Reflection for an I.E.T.M. Open Forum in Bergen on new technologies, culture and performing arts.

Creation of Sound Work Recordings for C.D. production and distribution followed by the launch of two compilations releases of network artists in the Sound Works Exchange.

1996:

Three Club Research Commissions awarded to young sound and movement artists to create short works for the Shamen's club venue, The End.

1997:

New environment - Club Oval  launched at Oval House in links with the second Oval Process Week to research and present topical work by young artists in a club style.

Creation of the professional development initiative, Connectivity Discussion Forum , a debate series for artists, producers and technicians involved in digital technologies.
This evolved into
The Connectivity Online Forum @ www.connectivity.org.uk - an online network, through an ATLAS award from the Arts Council of England Education and Training.

1998:

The Sound Works Exchange Munich  with discussions, concert and club style presentations at The Goethe Institut and Muffathalle in Munich.

Development of Club Research International  a group environment touring production showcasing London and local club/theatre artists in an immersive club style performance night created for an adventurous youth culture audience. (Helsinki, Munich, Essen & Lisbon)

Production of Hearing Things by Aaron Williamson  for the Dutch Electronic Arts Festival, Rotterdam, Holland.

1999:

Launch of ResCen - the Centre for Research into Creation in the Performing Arts at Middlesex University and The South Bank Centre, London

‘koerper.technik//body.technology'  at MediaCity, Adlershof, Akademie der Kunste and Podewil, Berlin. A Performing Arts Co-authorship project with ITI Germany /Theater der Welt Berlin.

Creation of c.d. rom commissions for a "decade in performance" c.d. by Simon Hyde, Athena Valha and Mat Atkins.

‘Woven Bodies/Woven Cultures' workshop  For young performing arts professionals from West and East Europe. International Sommertheater Festival Hamburg/shinkansen initiative.

'Virtual-Physical Bodies//the future synthesis'  Workshop & symposium project at Middlesex University for invited practitioners and researchers. A shinkansen, Random Dance Company and Rescen initiative.

‘Cross Fair- Dance and New technologies: Navigating new constellations' Symposium with presentations, lectures, performances and demonstrations. Science, Tanzlandschaft Ruhr/shinkansen initiative in collaboration with Choreographisches Zentrum NRW

2000:

Munich Dance 2000 - ‘Body Cultures/Body Talks'   Direction and moderation of round table atelier for participating international choreographers at festival for five days March 20 th - 24 th . Evolving thoughts and discussion on the processes of creation in the many worlds of dance.

CellBytes 2000: a research residency at Arizona State University A two week research residency and co-operation between shinkansen London, Institute for Studies in the Arts, Arizona State University and Rescen, Middlesex University . CellBytes 2000 invited two teams of European and U.S. artists to participate in a research residency, which created a series of 1 to 3 minute performances for simultaneous live and web presentation.

‘Sommerscene 2000' - Kobenhavns Internationale Theater's   Consultancy and moderation of a series of round table process debates as part of ‘Dancin' World' from 3 rd 20 th August. Discussion on choreographic processes with artists from South East Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America.

Corpos Online: workshop project, Lugar Comum, Portugal  A two week intensive workshop to research the uses of interactive technologies with a focus on dual stage transmission. The workshop created process fragments for further CellBytes development in the form of 1 to 3 minute performances for simultaneous live and web presentation. A co-operation between I.P.A.E., Lugar Comum, Forum Danca, British Council and shinkansen . This project was a transdisciplinary exchange for artists/creatives interested in exploring and exchanging new concepts of theatre and internet.

Fluid Work-Flexi Lives:  Research report looking at the employment patterns and trends of choreographers in London and Yorkshire, in particular the potential synthesis of the commercial and subsidised sectors. Resulting report for dissemination by Dance UK Spring 2001.

Dance Umbrella 2000 ‘Virtual Incarnations'   Co-conception ofr a special dance and technology focus including programmes by Merce Cunningham and Random Dance, installations at the I.C.A./The Pit with Thecla Schiphorst and Riverbed plus special round table debate on digital / choreographic process (I.C.A. web cast).

Series of articles for Animated magazine (Into Interculturalism – Jan 2001 issue) and ResCen papers (Virtual presence and physical beings – from telegraph to telecast & Interauthorship debate)

Monaco Danses Danses Forum/Le Monde   Direction and moderation of summation session for dance/technology focus of this new dance festival/gala.

Shobana Jeyasingh Dance Company ' WEB '   Concept research and set design for first stage educational piece linked to where multi-identities and digital technologies meet. Research on concept & co-ordination of stage set up, filming, digital film work and mobility for touring.
